Two animals or fewer allowed per apartment. All animals must be six months or older. In addition, a written and signed consent form, veterinarian statement, additional security deposit and registration may be required prior to moving your pet into the community. If you already live at a Greystar community and are getting a new “roommate” (of the four-legged variety), make sure to notify the leasing offi ce right away so we can help you make the appropriate arrangements. Please refer to your lease agreement/pet addendum for additional details, requirements or restrictions that may apply. Animals that assist persons with disabilities are not subject to certain provisions of the pet policy. Please see a leasing associate for details.
